Scribbleton Annual Pass Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing an annual pass. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:

1. Pass Validity

• The annual pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• The pass provides unlimited entry during regular role play sessions, subject to availability.

  
  

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable

• Annual passes cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred before the full 12-month term is completed.

  
  

3. Monthly Payment Plan

• If purchased via a monthly payment plan, you commit to 12 monthly payments.

• The monthly payment plan cannot be cancelled mid-term. Payments must continue until the end of the 12-month period.

• Missed payments may result in suspension of passholder benefits and access until outstanding balances are resolved.

  
  

4. Booking Policy

• While the pass covers unlimited visits, pre-booking may be required for high-demand sessions or events.

• Reserved slots must be cancelled with adequate notice, as per Scribbleton’s booking policy.

  
  

5. Exclusions

• The pass does not cover private events, exclusive hires, or special paid activities unless specified.

• Discounts for events or parties as part of the pass may be subject to specific terms.

  
  

6. Child Supervision

• All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult during their visit.

  
  

7. Lost Passes

• Lost or stolen passes can be replaced at Scribbleton’s discretion for a £5 administrative fee.

  
  

8. Behaviour Policy

• Scribbleton reserves the right to revoke a pass without refund in cases of misuse, inappropriate behaviour, or non-compliance with centre rules.

  
  

9. Discounts and Perks

• Discounts on events, café purchases, or other perks must be applied at the time of payment and cannot be redeemed retrospectively.

  
  

10. Changes to Terms

• Scribbleton reserves the right to modify these terms, including operating hours and benefits, with reasonable prior notice.

  
  

11. Data Protection

• Passholder details are stored securely and managed in line with Scribbleton’s privacy policy.

  
  

12. Force Majeure

• Scribbleton is not liable for disruptions to access caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions. No refunds or extensions will be provided in these cases.

  
  

13. Renewal

• Annual passes do not auto-renew. Passholders will be notified as the expiry date approaches and offered renewal options.
