3. User Responsibilities
To keep Scribbleton a safe and happy place, we ask that:
• A responsible adult supervises children at all times.
• Parents and children follow these guidelines:
• Supervision by a parent or guardian is required.
• No running.
• Shoes off.
• No throwing objects.
• Prioritise safety.
4. Booking and Payment
• Booking Process: Please book online via our website.
• Payment Methods: We accept card payments only.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy: Bookings are non-refundable but can be transferred to another session, subject to availability.
5. Health and Safety
Your safety is our priority. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
• No running, throwing, or climbing.
• Adult supervision is required at all times.
• If your child is unwell, especially if they have had sickness or diarrhoea, please wait 48 hours before attending.
6. Liability
• Adults are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
• Scribbleton accepts no liability for any incidents that occur due to lack of supervision.
• By booking a session, you agree to our rules of play.
