About Our Return Tickets

Return tickets are our little way of saying thank you for supporting us. At the end of your visit, you can purchase a discounted return ticket giving you £2 off our standard full-price tickets for Walkers and Pre-walkers.

A few quick things to know:

• Valid for a return visit within 3 months

• You must pre-book your session to guarantee entry

• Keep your receipt as you’ll need it to gain entry

• Return tickets are valid for standard role play, Family SEND, and Unlimited Play sessions

By purchasing a Return Ticket you're agreeing to these terms, so please read these carefully below.

Return Ticket - Terms & Conditions

1. Proof of Purchase

The original receipt must be shown on arrival. Without it, the discounted return ticket cannot be redeemed.

2. Validity Period

Return tickets are valid for three months from the date of purchase and must be used within this timeframe. Extensions cannot be offered.

3. Eligible Session Types

Return tickets can be used for:

• Standard role play sessions

• Family SEND sessions

• Unlimited Play sessions

  
  They cannot be redeemed for special events, workshops, or any other ticketed activities.

4. Cancellations & Non-Attendance

If you can’t attend your booked session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you do not attend your booked session and no notice is given, the return ticket will be marked as used, and full admission will be payable on your next visit.

5. Transferability

Return tickets may be passed on to another guest. The original receipt must be presented for the discount to apply.

6. Booking Requirement

All return tickets must be booked in advance using our standard booking system. Entry cannot be guaranteed for walk-ins.

7. General Policies

All normal Scribbleton Rules of Play and site policies apply during your visit.
